5. Misuse

Kaizen Software reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the service in case of misuse, spamming, or non-compliance with WhatsApp Business policies.

Kaizen Software does not offer direct access to end users or login functionalities through this application.

Data processed by the WhatsApp Business API messaging service corresponds exclusively to information provided by client companies for sending communications, and is used solely for operational purposes.
